Our recent 4% rehab bond deal has started construction. Levi Clark with CS Structures is doing an amazing job with the rehabilitation of our 54 unit split site in Hamilton, Montana and Darby, Montana. Bitterroot Valley Apartments will be completed in less then 10 months. Excited to see the transformation in these next months ahead.
